I am a local broker. I have been selling homes, townhomes, condos, land and investment property since 1978. I live in Pleasant Hill and raised my family in the area. I have two adult children,two grandchildren and two dogs.
I know local neighborhoods well and specialize in the cities of Pleasant HIll, Walnut Creek, Concord, Clayton, Martinez, Lafayette, Alamo, Danville, San Ramon and surrounding cities.Real Estate Experience.
I have been a broker for over 25 years. I hold a number of designations, including Certified Distsressed Property Expert, Certified Residential Specialist and Accredited Staging Professional. I currently serve and have served for over 10 years, on the Professional Standards Panel for the local Contra Costa Board of Realtors - trying to raise the bar for professionalism for the real estate industry.Education and Background
I graduated from Texas Christian University (T.C.U.) in Fort Worth, Texas with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Speech Therapy. I was a therapist in a school district in Southern California before I moved to Pleasant HIll.
My hometown was Amarillo, Texas.
